Mission Statement

If one can at least five days a week construct a schedule which keeps you active at least six hours a day. Inside this six hours, it also means time for fitness, as well a prime opportunity to daily complete remedial task, such as cook, laundry, yard and other house chores. There is even space, if your place of work supports, to include in this effort.  For Instance; Your job may allow repainting the sixteeth chapel, or working the local community garden, all goes toward being active. 


Here is how I recommend The Active Day Looking..

  1. At Least 30minuets of meditation. I suggest my newsletter, which can get delivered daily to your inbox, Note Each Wednesday at 6am I am live for meditation. This time can also get done with a stationary bike, treadmill, any activitivity that will allow you to read, and work at the same time. 
  2. At Least 45 minuets in the Gym.  Doing anything from Mixed Cardio to Strength training.  Mock Workout Routines will be avaliable on this page.
  3. Some project either around the house, or a simple hobby, or yes, a shopping adventure,  you have been meaning to do.  You may not complete it all in one day, but make an effort to tackle it, at least 45-60minuets until done. 
  4. Each Day at 4:20pm, a new text will go live. Spend at least 20minuets doing what is called Mind & Body, that is just stretching, breathing, releasing all the drama of the day
  5. Spend at least 60 minuets doing remedial activities around the house.  This could be anything from cleaning the kitchen to yard maintenance.
  6. At least 30minuets of reading. Again I would use some stationary equipment if you choose, or audiobooks, so you can listen while outdoor running/walking. I will also here make recommdations for reading options. 

HeyitsEDB - Podcast

This content is audio only as it is my belief, audio helps to enhance your work, rather than distract.  

So Each Week Day, a new podcast episode will be released.  Somewhere near  9:30am, it will your newsfeed will feature audio from me, that focuse on new ideas for being active.  

  1. We will talk about how many calories you can burn doing chores, and how to categorizes those chores so you are getting more done.  
  2. We will look at New forms of fitness, as each day we perfect our workout routine
  3. Discuss ways to stay mentally motivated.

The Goal is for Each episode to have a runtime of  20-40 minuets, which I believe is time enough to blast it in your ears, as you are working out.
