If one can at least five days a week construct a schedule which keeps you active at least six hours a day. Inside this six hours, it also means time for fitness, as well a prime opportunity to daily complete remedial task, such as cook, laundry, yard and other house chores. There is even space, if your place of work supports, to include in this effort. For Instance; Your job may allow repainting the sixteeth chapel, or working the local community garden, all goes toward being active.
