THE MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE

The ministry of Social Justice was created to both bring awareness, and create a means for people to engage their system with healthy debate, and actions on Climate Change, Criminal Justice, Human Trafficking, which desires to making our world a better place to live personally, and for years to come.

Joy Rose Lenz is a musician, minister, activist, survivor. It is because of her life experiences, that lead to her passion for justice, specifically for those victimized by a global sexual crisis.  She has been relentless in her efforts to make the world better for individuals, who otherwise would have been lost to the hypocrisy of the system. 

As I read Galatians 6:8-9, I thought of all the ways that the flesh, destruction, and discouraged weariness can come. I thought of all the ways that the Spirit can work and bring fruit, goodness, and eternal life. 

I asked the Lord, "What specifically do you want us to focus on?" Isaiah 6:8 came immediately to my spirit. 

THEN I HEARD THE VOICE OF THE LORD, SAYING, "WHOM SHALL I SEND, AND WHO WILL GO FOR US?" THEN I SAID, "HERE AM I. SEND ME!"

Our prayer is for the Lord to call and equip those who will respond as Isaiah did - in willingness to do God's will. We need to Lord to gather and prepare people to do His work of love and provision.  There are many forms of injustice on the rise, and vulnerabilities within our communities are increasing. The enemy is predatory in these situations. 

• We pray for hearts and minds to change.
• We pray for a resorting of priorities and possessions to be pivoted in order to provide for those called "least" by society to have their needs beyond met. 
• We pray for the abundance that aligns with God's heart to bless them beyond scraping by and barely surviving. 
• We pray that the Body of Christ would unite to show the love of Christ in the physical bodies and souls of those left in devastation, adversity, and need. 

In the United States, January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month and January 11th is Human Trafficking Awareness Day; we want to highlight a few organizations that are working against systems of oppression and exploitation.

Because pornography is a driving factor that increases the demand for sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, we have included information from one of the leading organizations in the movement.
