The Holy Bible is 66 books, split into two parts; the Old Testament, having 39 sections, and the New Testament, compiled into 27. As a freshman believer, it is hard to tackle the Bible without a starting point. So here’s what I Recommend to Begin your Faith Journey!!
I believe everyone should begin, well at the beginning. The Book of Genesis; did not make this list, because one should get wrapped up in the politics of creation V evolution, rather understanding the love, and power of the God of the universe.
Second, the books of Psalms and Proverbs will help you learn how to communicate with God, as well helpful tips to being productive.
Third, in the New Testament, I recommend, the Four Gospels. Here you will get a up, and close view at the life of Jesus.
Finally, i suggest you begin with the Book of Romans. This book will share how to think, feel, and what negative ideas do to you.
